Thank you for your willingness in exploring this journey.   I have been doing this work for over a decade.  After seeing the benefits it brought to my own life, my intention is to share what I know with you.  I welcome you with an open heart.  All walks of life are welcome!  


My intention in doing this work is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, so you can navigate your life with more clarity, joy and peace.

Private lessons:   Each session is approx. 60 min long.   Virtual and in-person sessions are available.


You will learn the following


1. Practical techniques and tools on how to regulate our nervous system and to train our brain. 

(For example, anxiety is increasing in our modern living. There is nothing wrong feeling anxious. It is our body's way of telling us, "something doesn't feel right."   Instead of running away from the feeling or numbing it with phone use or drugs and alcohol, we will learn how to be with our feelings and thoughts.  They are not who we are. They are simply experiences we feel.  In this practice, we will learn how to be with our experiences.) 


2. What are some of the common obstacles, and how to use them as our "mud."   


3.  And most importantly, we will learn how to navigate everyday life so we can better parents, employees, supervisors, or simply a better version of ourselves.   


4. If you want, we will also learn techniques on how to meditate or have a contemplative practice to deepen your spiritual journey.
