What is Sound Meditation?

 

We are all energetic beings. Sound waves create vibrational energy which can enter and affect our body on a cellular level.  Sound meditation involves listening to musical sounds generated by an intuitive practitioner playing singing bowls or other instruments while being in a safe comfortable space.

Sound is one of the forgotten tools in healing and transformation. The right vibrations can restore our inner balance, recalibrate our cellular frequencies, so that healing can take place. 

 

When we meditate in sound, we simply listen. We don't need to try or do anything. Just listen to the sounds. Our body can relax, our mind can rest, and our heart can open.
